Why Ceannaire

Ceannaire is Irish for leader - and our search is simply for the leading company.

Leadership can be seen through a company’s own culture of quality and communication.  Ceannaire values these characteristics.  They translate to future success as much as industry positioning, financials, and deal structure.

Owners considering the sale of their business have options. Ceannaire's entrepreneur-led approach to succession offers a unique and attractive choice for those who have built a business as well as a culture.

Unlike private equity buyers, which create value through a portfolio of holdings via financial engineering, Ceannaire will operate a single business hands-on for the long term.

And unlike strategic buyers, who focus on headcount, cost reduction, and integration into their strategy, Ceannaire's plan is to preserve your legacy by stimulating growth using your existing team.

We would enjoy hearing the story of your business' culture and share a confidential conversation about the future. Please reach out directly or contact us through the form below.
